Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to advertising packages purchased on VN ở Mỹ (vnomy.com).

1. The short version

You can cancel anytime. The fastest way to stop future charges is to cancel from your dashboard. There is no fee to cancel. After you cancel, you will not be charged for any month after the one in which you cancel.

2. How cancellation works

  • Cancel from your dashboard: click “Cancel subscription” on the billing page. The cancellation is immediate and you will see a confirmation screen.
  • Cancel by email: send your request to info@vnomy.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm within 1 business day.
  • Your ad stops running within a few minutes of cancellation. The remainder of the month you already paid for is yours to use.
  • No retroactive refunds are issued for partial months. If you paid for March and cancel on March 15, you keep using the service through March 31. You are not charged for April.

3. Exceptions — when we issue a refund

  • Service not delivered. If our platform is unable to serve your ad for any reason that is on our side (e.g., a technical issue we cannot fix), we will refund the unused portion of the month, prorated by days.
  • Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice in the same billing cycle due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate within 5 business days.
  • Failed cancellation. If you requested cancellation and we failed to process it, leading to a charge you should not have received, we will refund that charge in full.

4. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (the card used at signup). Stripe processes the refund; the time for it to appear on your statement is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

5. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, email info@vnomy.com before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Opening a chargeback without contacting us does not entitle you to a refund under this policy.

6. Promotional pricing

You may be on a promotional (discounted) rate for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you may be charged the then-current rate, which may be higher than your promotional rate.

7. When your subscription ends

When your subscription ends, your campaign stops appearing in our rotation. There is no retroactive refund for partial months — if you paid for a full month and your campaign ends partway through, the remainder of that month is not refunded. The existing exceptions still apply: service-not-delivered, duplicate charge, and failed cancellation are handled per the sections above.
